OD Photo Prize, 2024 Metro Mentorship Award
Each year, the Open Doors Gallery celebrate the OD Photo Prize, showcasing a number of incredible projects worldwide by emerging artists. Whilst also shortlisting photographers, each judge are able to choose just one artist’s project that stood out to them, outside of voting for the Grand Prize Winner and two Runners-Up. This year, Elizabeth Blackie’s project ‘Outlines’ was selected by Professor Steven MacLeod, Creative Director of Metro Imaging, for the Metro Mentorship Award.
This year Elizabeth Blackie was also a part of the panel talk, featuring the winning artist, Sophie Gabrielle and People’s Choice Award Emily June Smith. They discussed their work with Professor Steven MacLeod, and director Tom Page.

Time-Limited prints available to buy via The Open Doors Gallery, 10x8 inch prints, £90 unframed or £130 framed, each accompanied by signed artist labels, and a certificate of authenticity. Sale ends 5th January.
